Teachings
The current main teacher - or Anam Chara - of the Céile Dé is Fionntulach. Since 2003, she has also been head of the Order. The Celtic Spiritual tradition has been her life for almost thirty years.
The Teachings
For various reasons, the Céile Dé Order does not give any form of correspondence course. Please see our FAQs page for more information. Teachings are given in numerous ways, according to the needs and commitment of the people concerned - Workshops – Talks – Retreats – Regular groups – Individual teachings
These all cover similar ground. Talks and workshops are either introductory or covering a particular area of the tradition. In the case of workshops, there is obviously more time to devote to the experiential. During retreats there is, in addition, more time for silence and contemplation.
Regular Groups
At present there are regular Céile Dé groups in Scotland and we also have a few new groups that meet in the USA. These groups exist separately from, but are guided by, the Order itself. As with any spiritual path, some people do not feel the need to commit to an Order. Please see our FAQs page for more information on groups and on the different levels of commitment to the tradition.
Individual meetings and teachings
Order members are available to meet with people privately for teachings or to discuss aspects of the Inner Life. Please contact Céile Dé for any further information.
