Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and click the "Add to Cart" button. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payments from all major credit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order normally and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency automatically.

We would like to make it clear that when a customer makes a purchase online that they are aware that they are agreeing to a legally binding contract. A contract of sale exists as soon as payment has been processed.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch our orders within 2 - 4 weeks of receiving the order.  On the rare occasion that there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you by email. All postage is first class (U.K – one to two working days. The rest of the world – within one week). Thank you for your patience.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Privacy Policy
Céile Dé does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

The site uses WorldPay for 100% secure encryption techniques for transferring your credit card details during a transaction.

Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your goods, we will accept anything back within 28 days, as long as the goods are in the original condition and returned with the original packaging. We must be notified within 48 hours if any items received are damaged.
